Supporting Churches in Leadership, Mission, and Healthy Growth
Helping pastors and church leaders strengthen their mission, leadership, and congregational life in light of Jesus’ Great Commission to make disciples, while supporting them in carrying out their work with clarity, faithfulness, and practical wisdom.
A Christ-Centered Approach to Supporting Churches
At GRIFFOX, we come alongside churches and Christian organizations with a heart to listen, encourage, and support. Our goal is not to bring a one-size-fits-all solution, but to help each church reflect honestly, clarify its direction, strengthen leadership, and move forward in a healthy and God-honoring way.
We believe churches need support that is both spiritually grounded and practically helpful. That is why our approach combines Christ-centered reflection, thoughtful conversation, and real-world experience to help leaders navigate challenges, opportunities, and seasons of change.
Why We Do This Work
We feel called to focus part of our work on churches and Christian organizations through a Christ-centered approach. This is not just another consulting service. It is a sincere desire to serve pastors, church leaders, and congregations in a way that respects their calling, their people, and the unique culture of each church.
We care about the bigger picture. We care about faithfulness, healthy leadership, strong relationships, and ministries that truly support the mission God has given His church.
One Church, Many Callings
We believe Jesus’ Great Commission is the same for every church: to make disciples and help people grow in faith. At the same time, we also believe that people are unique, communities are unique, and churches are unique.
Because of that, not every church should look the same, lead the same, or serve in the same way. Each congregation has its own story, its own people, and its own God-given opportunities. That is why we do not believe in forcing churches into a standard model.
In the end, it is all about Christ and His Church. But different churches may be called to reach different people in different ways. Our role is to help churches reflect on who they are, what God is calling them to, and how they can serve faithfully and effectively in their own context.

Our Christ-Centered Four Faces Approach
Our approach is centered on Jesus Christ and built around four connected dimensions of church life. These dimensions help churches reflect on where they are, where balance may be missing, and what may need attention in order to support healthy growth.
Lion
Governance, Authority, and Leadership
Looking at leadership clarity, responsibility, and how leaders serve the church well.
Ox
Stewardship, Mission Execution, and Operational Effectiveness
Focusing on how the church carries out its mission in practical ways and supports ministry work effectively.
Human
Wisdom, Communication, and Collaboration
Strengthening communication, trust, teamwork, and healthy relationships.
Eagle
Vision Alignment and Risk Awareness
Helping churches stay focused on mission, remain aware of challenges, and move forward with discernment and clarity.
These dimensions are interconnected and need to stay in balance to support a church’s vision and mission. Healthy church growth is not about pressure or performance. It is about staying centered in Christ while building strength, clarity, and alignment.
